L'ESTIU DELS FOCS

Jordi Alell, a good student in his last year at high school, fails three subjects. Little can he imagine how this fact will change his life.   The summer school that his parents look for, which they consider the best one for his son, will lead him, a boy unconcerned with his environment, to discover, in just one summer,  an world unknown to him thanks to which he will become more responsible and will get him into adulthood.  His school partner, Xavi, from the club of “the rich ones in school”, his teacher Mr. Frons, and very especially String, a young squatter  with a very particular sense of life, will set this trip of Jordi towards a world of sense and sensibility, but also a world of trouble. This all happens during a summer in which Catalonia is devastated by an avalanche of forest fires that will symbolize this turn in Jordi’s life: a summer on fire.
