MOIX, JENNY

JENNY MOIX (1963) is a Doctor in Psychology and a Professor at the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona.

Author of Cara a cara con tu dolor, Felicidad Flexible y Mi mente sin mí.

She collaborated with El País Semanal for 10 years, and since then she has been spreading psychology topics in all kinds of media. In her activity as a lecturer, she teaches contents about the functioning of the mind, full consciousness, the mind-body relationship, happiness and emotions, among others. She has published more than a hundred scientific articles on different aspects of psychology.
