She is a mother, Gestalt Therapist, Master in Emotional Education and a journalist. She helps  parents to take care of themselves and their children in the processes of separation and divorce to carry them out in a conscious and respectful way. After her separation process, she decided to transmit everything she had learned to as many people as possible to free them from the burden of guilt and like that, her first book was born.
