CHRISTIAN ESCRIBÀ THOLONIAT is Master Baker and chief of the Escriba’s Bakeries. This is the fourth generation of the bakers that began in 1906 with the Serra’s Bakery. He is the son of the renowned Master Chocolatier, Antoni Escribà, and author of the books The Peter Pan’s kitchen (Planeta, 2016) and Escribà, the art to transform the bakery into dreams (RBA, 2013). Escribà has been recognized as the Best Confectioner in Spain by the Spanish Academy of Gastronomy, he is a member of the Academie Culinaire of France and he is also ambassador of Chocovic.
