Rufus, Mrs. Felicity Parkinson-Dagger's cat, gets lost in the airport of Barcelona and, what is worst, a suitcase coming from Thailand falls over him and leaves him without whiskers. Fortunately Blanqueta, a black cat, and Kitty, a Japanese rabbit, and later Non, a cat who finds himself very wise, help Rufus to find his owner. At the airport Rufus discovers an unknown and exciting world, but also dangerous: Xarli, a policedog, that is the terror of any lost animal.
