BUSINESS ROCK
Andy Rodriguez, former manager of rock bands that have founded Jukebox consulting agency, comes to a company that is in a deep crisis. In particular, the sales department is mired in a collective depression because of the bad results achieved in the last year.
To the surprise of all staff, the first step of Andy is installed in the boardroom a brand new jukebox with the big hits from the 60's, 70's and 80's, Elvis Presley, Dire Straits, to Nina Simone, Frank Sinatra and Bruce Springsteen. At first the manager stressed the company may have made a mistake and is about to fire the consultant, but Andy will explain what their approach: given that success is a state of mind, his mission is to raise the morale of the troops doing daily work incorporating the philosophy of the greatest hits of all time.
To this end, each morning will bring together executives in the boardroom and hear one of these hits and then extract the message and comment on what could have practical applications in the enterprise. After “the theme of the day” will sound at various times of the day for everyone to remember what the motto to follow.
The goal is that within fifteen days of “Rock business' success music to sound again in the company and its employees feel convinced stars get big hits.
