Manuel de Pedrolo was born April the 1st 1918 and passed away at 72, July the 26th 1990. Author of over 120 poetic, theatrical, novellas, novels, tales, epistolatic volumes and press article works, which have made him be one f the most prolific artists in Catalan literature.
As prolific as his work were the topics he used in them, topics throough which he tried to explain human condition , on the one hand, and , on the other, his country and the direction it should follow.
